Job Summary:
Premier League Productions (PLP) is the international production and distribution arm of the Premier League, operated by IMG. The production company makes over 15 separate shows, including. fanzone, team talks, welcome to the weekend and Premier League live. They broadcast all Premier League games along with commentary and analysis.
My Role and Responsibilities:
My role as a runner is to be available to look after the talent and the crew working. This manifests itself as making sure that all snack boxes are full in EVS, Studio, Sound, Greenroom and the Gallery. I am also involved with any set changes that need to happen. On busy days, we may need different sets for different shows. This involves carefully installing these into the studio with the help of the other runner and FM. As well as snacks, I make sure that all crew and talent are kept hydrated with coffee, tea and dinner, which I organise the delivery of. I personally also like to make sure that the kitchen space is always kept clean and tidy.
